Mutuus | Coming Soon Page

Mutuus is gearing up to publish a bunch of research on applications of nature-inspired data structures and algorithms. A quick coming soon page was desired.

It's still a work-in-progress since I have to figure out how to actually preserve sign ups. Initially, I was just going to use Giscus since we have it already being used for the blog. But, it doesn't seem like a good fit. So, I am looking for other alternatives.
